4. Safety comes in first every time
5. There is visible financial support for the safety program
6. There is fair and just discipline
7. Managers spend adequate time on the shop floor interacting about safety concerns
8. Participation is at an all time high
9. Regular and detailed audits of safety program and safety incentives effectiveness is conducted
10. Managers and supervisors respond positively when opportunities for improvement are brought to their attention
11. Safety issues are dealt with in a timely manner and are tracked to completion
12. All employees are trained in all aspects of safety and the requirements issued by OSHA are considered the bare minimum and
