Dream Haven Resort was my parents dream. They founded the resort in Madison and my dad copyrighted the name back in the 50s. Now I've branded the Dream Haven name creating Dream Haven Collections. The Collection includes: Workplace Safety, Health & Wellness, Fashion & Beauty, Pets, and Photography for now.

Deborah formed a safety consultation business in 2012. She has a Safety and Health career distinguished by commended performance and proven results. Major Career Accomplishments: Worked with OSHA and PBS to develop a video about the 21d Consultation Program; author of SHARP starter kit for employers including the 4 major elements of an effective S/H Mgt; organized the EHS Network meeting monthly for 20 years; Volunteer EMT for 20 years; Past KEMTA President-Hvy Cty; organized the KS Seat-belt campaign; presenter at OSHA-OSHCON Conference as the guest speaker; KDOL-Secretary's Award for Outstanding Service; Chairman's Award for outstanding performance Integrated Safety System. Experienced in General Industry, Construction, and Trucking. Worked more than 10 years in the construction field advising contractors and sub contractors of simple solutions to safety issues on their job sites. Assist employers with the challenges of the ever changing regulations by providing a solution to a particularly problematic issue of compliance.
