Years ago after a minor surgery gone so totally wrong and fighting to survive, I started researching healthy diets and discovered some interesting facts about various vitamins and foods that are critical to health. I dabbled a bit because I was working 60+ hours per week. But, now I have the time to really indulge in the wonders I once found. Trying to get back to that healthy feeling, so scouring the web for great recipes and information about vitamins and minerals and what they do to improve your health and some simple recipes
